iSonea is a small firm with a global reach.  We have offices on three continents (Australia, USA, Israel) and work extremely well in a virtual environment.  We set aggressive goals for ourselves and work hard to exceed those goals.  We wake up every day believing that our mission will deliver technology that can improve and help save lives for those suffering from asthma.  We are passionate, almost obsessive, about embodying this mission because we know that time is not on our side.  We feel that a world without our products and services is a more dangerous world for asthmatics.

We highly value intellect and strong work ethic.  We will work hard to attract the best and the brightest to our team.  We have no ego.  Our team is intensely determined to win the battle against asthma and not get caught up in office politics, personal gain or ambitions.  We are brutally honest with ourselves, take risks, admit when we are wrong, pivot quickly, and concentrate on achievement vs. process.  We incessantly pursue the “truth” and use data to guide our judgments whenever possible.  However, making decisions “from the gut” are encouraged when sufficient data are absent.
