Mr. Leon L’Huillier – Board Chairman
Mr. Leon L’Huillier is an experience chairman and company director with a strong background in health, retail and consumer goods and private equity. Mr. L’Huillier is a former director of Woolworths and chairman of its audit and risk management committee. Currently he is a deputy chairman of Australian Prostate Cancer Research, a former chairman of the Australian Health Ministers Advisory Council, The Royal Children’s Hospital Brisbane and a former director of St. Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and The Bernard O’Brien Institute of Microsurgery. He has also been a director of private equity in association with Archer Capital, Gresham, and Macquarie Bank.
Mr. Bruce L. Mathieson - Director
Mr. Bruce Mathieson is currently a director of Mayne Pharma and Western Desert Resources, a current director and former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group Pty Limited, a joint venture between Woolworths Limited and the Mathieson family. The ALH Group owns approximately 325 hotels and 520 retail outlets across Australia and employs more than 15,000 staff. Bruce has operated in the hotel, leisure and hospitality industry since 1974 and is a well-respected member of the Australian business community. He is trained as an engineer and brings management and transactional experience across a number of industries to the board.
Mr. John Ribot-de-Bresac - Director
Mr. John Ribot-de-Bresac has extensive experience and a strong record of achievement as a senior executive across the sport, leisure and hospitality industries including in strategy development and implementation. Following a distinguished sports career where he received the Australian Sports Medal, he was instrumental in the establishment of the Brisbane Broncos and Melbourne Storm, in executive director roles, and as chairman of the Brisbane Roar. Currently Mr. Ribot-de-Bresac serves as director of Victorian Major Events Company, executive chairman of Queensland Clubs Management (QCM), and owns hospitality venues throughout Queensland.
Dr. Tim Oldham – Director
Dr. Tim Oldham has more than a decade of direct life sciences business development, alliance management, market entry, and sales & marketing experience in Europe, Asia and Australia including as President of Asia Pacific for Hospira, Inc. (2007 to 2012), and a variety of senior management roles with Mayne Pharma (2002 to 2007) prior to its acquisition by Hospira. These roles encompassed the development and commercialization of pharmaceuticals, devices and biologics. Prior to this, he was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Co (1997 to 2001). Dr Oldham has been chairman of the European Generic Medicines Association Biosimilars and Biotechnology Committee, a director of the Generic Medicines Industry Association and a member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Strategy Group. He is a also a Director of Acrux Ltd (ASX:ACR).
Mr. Stephen Tunnell RRT - Managing Director
Mr. Stephen Tunnell is a Global Sales and Marketing Executive recognized for his track record of growth and change leadership. He specialises in the markets of respiratory medicine, professional fitness, and mobile health. Stephen founded eMed Limited, an Irish medical device sales company covering sales in over 30 countries globally. Later he merged this company with eVent Medical Ltd, where he served as CEO to optimize commercialization. Tunnell has 10 years’ experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the US. Then, as a global leader for Puritan Bennett (NYSE:COV), his ventilator products accounted for over 50% of the installed base and remain the major mechanical ventilators used today.
